CRESTOR may cause side effects in some people. Side effects occur infrequently and include headache, muscle aches, abdominal pain, weakness, and nausea. For a complete list of side effects, see the full Prescribing Information for CRESTOR.
Unexplained muscle pain and weakness could be a sign of a rare but serious side effect and should be reported to your doctor right away, especially if you have a fever or feel ill.
